Fake Sabika Dealers Have Lawsuit Filed
I agree with the two above posts. I don't feel like sabika will get what they want from this suit.
You know what is even more interesting? My friend at work just told me that Sabika doesn't even use genuine Swarovski crystals! They make their own and call them Austrian crystals! It's a good thing for them that Swarovski isn't as petty as they are or they might be the ones getting sued.
With all this information coming out, I feel like I got duped when I bought Sabika. I paid those prices for imitation stuff when I could probably have gotten a real nice piece from Tiffany's if I'd combined everything I spent altogether. And Ms Gunnoe is one of the snobs trying to rip ppl and Sabika off. Like another poster said hope her neck turns green Bahahahaha.
Enough said the TRUTH IS OUT and no I"m not a Sabika dealer.
Actually if you had done your research before you made an uninformed statement you would know that this jewelry has been around for decades and the components that make up the jewelry were in fact invented by numerous people none of which was sabika. The idea as you say was not theirs rather it came about long before sabika decided to market someone else's ideas. I have researched to find out if any of it in this type of design is real gold or silver and I cannot find any of it that is not just costume jewlery. So in fact it is all costume and all made of metal. The stones used are all as real as the others as none of them including the name brand are real gems. Before anyone makes a statement that i am a seller of this product just let me go ahead and say I am not a seller of any jewlery, I just happened to find it interesting how something so insignificant could make headline news so I decided to do a little research myself to see what the fuss could be about. I also find it hard to believe a mulit million dollar company would have the nerve to ask for money from a small business hard working American on the assumption that if they were not in business that people who purchased from them would be willing to spend triple the money for costume jewlery. All Americans have the right to pursue a career of their choosing and if anyone is under the believe that that their idea for business is original they are sadly mistaken. Everywhere you look in America there is a comparable product or business to another one. My confusion in this one is that anyone would want a multimillion dollar company to grossly prosper and eliminate the small businesses of America so someone whom already makes that much from Americans can make more.

You better be careful making false accusations against people or you may be the next one in a suit. If you're so forthcoming and honest, why don't you put your name on here for people to know who you are?
